Closed Saturday and Sunday. All EMAILS will be responded to within 48 business hours. If longer, please resend email.

• All Mink Lashes are Hand made and not Machine manufactured, Lashes may vary sometimes in uniqueness due to this delicate process.

• All orders are processed in the order they are received. High volume in orders such as sales or holidays can cause an extra day in delays in processing and shipping time. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days, but can take 1 to 3 days if order volumes are high. ORDERS DO NOT GET PROCESSED OR SHIPPED ON WEEKENDS AS USPS IS CLOSED AS WELL. Once processed on a week day, actual Shipping time is 2 to 4 days for USA. International Shipping is 7 to 14 days. CHEEKY BY KALI is not responsible for any custom fees with international packages. 

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, Only store credit if we approve of the situation. Most products such as Eye Lashes are non-refundable or exchangeable due to sanitary reasons.
• CHEEKY BY KALI BOUTIQUE CLOTHING ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCHANGES DUE TO SANITARY REASONS AS THERE ARE TIGHT FITTING CLOTHING PIECES SIMILAR TO LINGERIE.
• CHEEKY BY KALI BOUTIQUE JEWELRY ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCHANGES. PLEASE READ JEWELRY DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING. exceptions may apply if item comes damaged but we try to inspect all items before delivery.
• If you have any issues with your order please contact us, we are happy to resolve the issue. 

• If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse cheeky by Kali is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, You personally must contact the United States Postal Service @ (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Cheeky by Kali will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.

Larger orders may be subject to confirmation VIA text or email before your order can be processed and shipped. All mink lashes can be worn up to 25 times with proper care.
